In this special Summer Puzzle Mega Issue of Speculative Grammarian we have for you a massive collection of linguistically themed puzzles. As with our smaller scale puzzle-related endeavors, there will be prizes, but these prizes may actually be moderately valuable.

Instead of awarding separate prizes for each puzzle as we normally do, each puzzle has been valued at a certain number of points, and the person who correctly completes the collection of puzzles worth the most points will receive a t-shirt (or other SpecGram merchandise, up to a $25 dollar value). Smaller prizes may be awarded to the runners-up, at the discretion of the judges and the SpecGram Comptroller.

Please send us a single letter or email with your solutions to as many puzzles as you can by September 15th, 2009. Winners will be announced and solutions to all puzzles will be given in a later issue of SpecGram.
