J. Ridley Stroop, my sixteenth cousin four times removed, is famous for his 1935 experiment demonstrating that naming the color of a word is more difficult when the word is itself the name of a different color. For example: RED GREEN BLUE.

My research question: When the name of a language is written in another language, is it easier to say the name of the language, or the name of the language it is written in? Some of my planned experimental cards are shown below.
